BTEC Sport: Push yourself to the limit

The word resilience is the way I would describe the fitness session that the learners took part in.
This was ran by Alan Evans and Michel Limerick. The BTEC Sport learners have took a real interest and creative approach to their fitness goals on a Wednesday and Thursday each week. Within tense rowing sessions completed by Harry, Jordan, Krystian and Kris. The brutal circuit with 80 skips, 30 squats and a 200 meter run was perform by shay 6 times as he showed great determination. With a game of competitive dodgeball to lift their spirits at the end of the gruelling session. The benefits to their personal fitness and their mental health after completing these sessions has been visible in everyday life, at school and at home.
