Celebrating the Beginning of Summer

A learner at Trinity has embraced the end of spring and the new beginnings of summer to celebrate life and sustainability. He has come up with a plan to turn an overgrown allotment into its former glory. The learner has made a full plan with sustainability and conservation at the heart. The plans include a veg garden, greenhouse, communal fire pit and a wildflower meadow. The allotment is in conjunction with the Riverside Falconry Centre where this learner has also fully completed his painting project, turning a once bland enclosure into a forest haven. The centre has received much praise from visitors, and the learner has been further praised for helping the business. Myla the Baby European Eagle Owl seems very at home in her enclosure as we all celebrate new beginnings, life and our natural world and how our behaviours and actions affect such.
