One of our learners at Trinity Academy Newcastle Upper Site, Sam, took a fantastic photo of the Partial Eclipse on the 10th of June during his lesson with Miss Bradley. It was so good that we decided to send it to our local news channel to see if they could show it. Mr Fraser contacted BBC LOOK NORTH and we were surprised and amazed that it was confirmed to be shown on the news that very night! The picture (below) was shown during the weather forecast alongside Sam’s name. A very proud moment for all of us at TAN Upper Site, and a very proud moment for Sam. Sam is hoping to choose photography as his pathway next year. Hopefully, there will be more amazing photographs to come Well done Sam from everyone at TAN Upper Site.
