What does Mr Butler do?

He creates problems on the table for learners to work through. Exam based questions, changing from question to question and then it sticks!

2 of our learners (one of which was relatively fresh to Trigonometry) teamed up to support each other and another learner retrieved all their prior knowledge on triangles, linking in Pythagoras and the Trigonometric functions to solve their table of questions.
