Maths Session
What was supposed to be a food cover lesson, quickly became a learner led maths session. There were originally two learners taking part, but the numbers soon grew to six. The learners were from years 8 and 10, and showed that they can work together when they want to solve a problem.
The only disagreement what the name of the method they used. Was it the Chinese method? Was it the French method? Was it the train track method?
Whatever it’s called, it worked and the answer was correct (after we made a small correction).
