Healthy Eating for KS3

This week KS3 are preparing a traditional English breakfast, but with a healthy twist. By using alternative cooking methods learners have been able to create a delicious breakfast but in a healthier way.
They have been amazed by the amount of fat they have been able to remove from the meat by grilling rather than frying - hopefully this will give them “food for thought” in the future, and they will strive to eat their favourite foods without the associated health concerns.
