Edward M. Hallowell's 'ADHD 2.0'

As some of you may already know, our Upper Site SENCo, Miss Quearns, also has ADHD!

Part of her superpower is her veracious appetite for knowledge and her constant search for the latest literature to support our neurodiverse learners.

Her current recommendation for anyone wanting to know more about living with (and supporting people living with) ADHD, is that they seek out Edward M. Hallowell's 'ADHD 2.0'. It is a wonderful guidebook for anyone wanting to understand the nuerodevelopmental condition, and how to build supportive networks and strategies to thrive with ADHD and not just survive with ADHD.

Miss Quearns top tip: The audiobook is a fun, digestible way to read the material; if you're like her and constantly on the Go, Go, Go!
