Violence Reduction Unit Visit on Knife Crime
Four sessions were delivered using the Knife Crime module that covers reasons as to why young people might carry a knife, the Law (including the new Offensive Weapons Act) and signposts for additional information and support.
The sessions also had a practical activity using a VR headset. The learners were amazing, attentive, positive, engaged, and inquisitive. (All words Darren from the VRU used).
It was a real pleasure to visit each session and see our learners embodying our values, Calm, Kind and Honest.
