Think and Discuss...

We always start lessons in Ms Bradley’s classroom by thinking about a question she has written on the board.

Thinking about and discussing these questions can give you a more positive mindset to start learning about maths.

Here are some examples of the questions we have talked about this term.

  1. What five words do you think best describe you?
  2. What do you love doing that makes you feel happiest?
  3. What do you know how to do that you can teach others?
  4. Would you rather be invisible or be able to fly?
  5. What compliment have you had this week that made you feel proud?

The question Magenta liked the best was ‘If animals could talk which one would be the rudest and why?’

Kai said he thought a Kangaroo would be looking to have a fight so would go around trying to annoy people. He said he had seen a video where a kangaroo punched a man.

Antonia’s answer to question 3 was that she could teach someone younger to tie their laces.
