‘Jimmilee is doing very well. He shows willingness to work through asking who needs help with jobs or when we want him to do next when completing a task. He listens very well and carries out any duties assigned to him with enthusiasm. He has a brilliant manner and is trusted with tasks to complete on his own without supervision so all in all we are very happy with his work ethic and abilities.

He has even asked to come in on his days off to help and learn more.

I'd consider taking him on as a junior mechanic in the future when his education is complete should the opportunity present itself within the business.

I've had a conversation with him about how beneficial it is to choose a specialist area and become exceptional in this area to greater benefit his future in the industry if this is what he chooses to do’.
