MPCT Visit
We visited MPCT(Motivational Preparation College for Training) based in the Eagles centre in Newcastle recently. Students took part in ‘drill’, team games and fitness. They explored this training provider as a possible choice for their future.
As you can see, students were very good at drills and were able to follow instructions well. The PT then put us through our paces, thankfully we all survived!
